I didn't receive the "Server Downtime Gift" that was just announced (November 5th) via an in-game bulletin. It consisted of: 2 clan keys, 250 energy and a 1-day 100% XP booster.

The compensation is addressed to whos affected by plarium play client issue.
Sorry, does that mean the system auto-detects who lost out due to server issues and only compensates those it determines require it? I'm assuming the in-game news announcing the compensation was sent to everyone and not just those who have experienced problems.
FWIW I had login/connection problems to the server, but couldn't tell you if I lost out on any item rewards because of it, as I just don't keep close enough tabs on it. Pitfall of getting old. Didn't receive any delicious compensation either way.
