I have been unable to install plarium play on my surface for months. I waited to see if this issue has been corrected and it is becoming very troublesome. I just want to download onto my computer yet it seems impossible. Unrecoverable error. Please help.

Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. Why does this happen.
