Yesterday when I logged in, I say 14 of my sacred shards and 30 voids had been pulled. I filed a complaint and support team basically told me they can't do anything.

Today, Another 30 void shards were pulled and some ancients. What the heck do I do? I saved those shards for 6 months. I changed my password and complained again and hoping for some actual help this time around. I saw in my login history somebody logged in from Ukraine. I sent the details along with screenshot.

Anybody else had this happen? I haven't shared any information with anybody. 

I hope Plarium can help because this really kills the game for me.
