i did that, thanks. i just wanted to make sure this was in the right section but all im doing now is playing like it never happened and trying again. i even made a notepad file of all the star champions by tiers and how many i have so i'm less likely to make the same mistake again and i can do it more efficiently. someone replied to me by email about 2 days ago i think and they said they're investigating the issue but we'll see.
