Dear Plarium team,

please reconsider your penalties......

I´ve got a 1 week ban, for refunding the raid pass, on the day it got extended. The reason is "too many refunds".

I mean, do you really ban instantly for such a refund? Is there no kind of reevaluating?

There have been multiple, unrefunded purchases since april already.....
