Just wanted to give a shout out to all of you guys who have had a hell of time through the last few days. Support personnel, Moderators, Community Managers and anyone else who has been working to resolve the ISP issue.
The appreciation should be to the consumer. I had 4 days of downtime with multiple attempts to file a ticket. I got zero response. No compensation. I’ve filed multiple tickets and NEVER even got a response. I have spent money on this game because I think it has potential but as far as customer service goes.. it doesn’t exist. It’s sad because a good game might go down the tube because of lack of customer care..
