I also cannot login all this morning. And Saadac, they have always been great about server down compensations, no need to get all demanding. :-)

I can not login either- iPhone 7plus/Verizon. Played this morning around 8-945. Then no luck since. Tried all I can. Have paid daily rewards tonight and clan requirements to uphold as well. Hopefully we gets this resolved.

I too haven't been able having issues since this morning. I'm starting to wonder if this is a Verizon problem. I've tried on 4 different verizon devices and none are working yet my friend who has a different service is indeed working. I was playing this morning when it started having connection issues.

I'm having the same problems, since 10am est. Keeps saying Server Connection failed. Maybe it's Verizion wireless, I'm on Verizon also.

I'm unable to log in stuck on authentication galaxy Note 9

I've had problems on and off all day.  I can't get into the game at all when not on a WIFI connection; i.e. doesn't work at all over cell in my area.  I've been on 3 WIFI networks today... two work and one doesn't.  Very frustrating.  At least I'm not trying to level up any champions with a XP boost at the moment.  But I still hate letting my stamina go to waste.

Same here since 6 AM ECT till now 10 pm more than 16 hours and sent 2 support messages and no response, the silent is weird lol , and yeah I’m Verizon also, did they make a problem with them because the other games work well, let’s see what will happen now

All day! Ugh this is awful!! I have lost my xp boost, at least 4 clan boss keys, my raid pass is wasted today, and I am bored!! Why no word on fixing this atrocity??

What I am finding amazing is that this has been going on this long and not ONE of the “mods or customer service” f**king mo**ns has responded to any of the posts about this to give us a heads up or an update

The fact that there has been no response or update to this after over 24 hours is going to cause a lot of people to stop playing this game. A good support staff is almost as important as the quality of the game. An update of some type would be nice.

I spent the last hour on the phone with tech support for Verizon. We went through a number of tests to be able to connect via cellular data with no success. They surmised the problem lies with Plarium.
