Account Lost!
I recently put in a support ticket explaining that I lost access to my account. This loss of access, was due to a bug in *your* system caused by use on my part of two devices for the same account. The game recognized the account as used by two devices. It suggested that I update my Plarium id for security. The game was completely bricked after that error. In response to the error, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Upon completion of reinstallation, I signed in, and was greeted with a game that was restarted. I contacted support to have this rectified, but I was declined due to a “third party breach”. This is ridiculous, I’ve put countless hours and even money into this game. Just to be told it’s gone forever because *your* system bugged
