Hello i already posted this problem on the support . I have been waiting 1 week for an answer and still nothing . Last week on the special event of the  double chance on the ancient Stones i bought the 109 euros pack of 41 ancient and gems. I ve  used all 41 ancient Stones plus the gems , so sround 70 Stones. I got alot if épics and 2 legendaries drextar and septimus. Ayer a bit of playing you guys had a maintenance  time. After i lloged in again there where several héroes missing i noticed It because i had space again and septimus was gone. I dont care for the épics or rares i Lost the only thing that i care about is septimus. Was a huge happiness for me and made worth the money i spent. I Hope that you can answer been s week already.
