So during the last two torments I had managed to place first. I've submitted a ticket in game just to get a generic quick reply as they didn't even read the issue i was having. Now placing first last week i should have gotten some 6* relentless gear and never received it even though i created the ticket before the tournament disappeared. Now having placed first this morning to get the rare for the fusion going on I did not receive that either. I would love to see if someone can help or let me know why I am not receiving these items. It wouldn't be as bad but I put in 50 bucks for shards to win the gear and nothing.
