I started this game and didn’t know what I was doing. I messed up my introduction and up to the point where you get a lot of bonuses at the start. It is possible to have characters in high level armour and have 200l,000 currency quickly. I downloaded the game from the Apple App center for my iPad. I cant delete it and start again because the app center reinstalls my current game data. It’s not saved on iCloud. Apple couldn’t help except they said you might be able to do it if you get a new Apple ID but anything else you downloaded will have to also be reinstalled. (PAIN)... Can Plarium reset my account on the server or not?
