I'm having the same problem. I bought a new phone and i haven't linked my account to ID Plarium or Facebook

It will be great if someone could help us here, since i have spent several money in this game.

I also issued a support ticket as well, and sent a mail to the support center..how long do they usually take to anser?

I had to reset all my data and clear the cashe on my phone and reinstall the game. When I put in my email and password, it said it was invalid. So I signed in with my google account which is the Email that I used for the game and it started me over. I even tried the password reset. When I did that it started me over again. I made an inquiry with support with my original um id. Lucky I wrote it down. Hope I don't get booted from my clan while waiting for this to get fixed. I will just be happy to have my account back after spending months of playing.
