Request for support in appealing account ban for 'banned for commercial use'

Was talking in English ch2 like normal (was talking about champs nd they use in dungeons, no selling/buying/trading of account mentioned at all) before all my accounts that I was logged in on my phone got banned. Both my accounts banned have sent appeal request to support but not sure if there's anything else I can do, please help.
