Silver Pass Problem

Silver Pass not showing up as an option on this account, was charge on the google account for an account I've moved to a different email/google address but still not showing it on this actual account. I waited a month hoping it would resolve with payment reset and it still isn't working, please advise.

I thought I had, but apparently not. Now I have submitted a support ticket.

Here's the resolution to the whole thing.


  1. Hello!
    Thank you for contacting us.

    There are two ways to activate the Raid Card for another account.
    Create a new Google Play account, since Android allows only one in-app subscription per user.

  2. Terminate your current subscription, wait until it expires, and purchase the Raid Card from the same Google Play account.

    I hope this information helped. 


I've cancelled it on my "old" account. But I'm not waiting another month before I activate it on the account I'm actively playing... I'm just not going to get it again. This shouldn't be this hard to fix.
