I have been trying a referral link for my son, but it is not working.
We have tried creating a new email address, as well as installing raid on a new device..... his account coms up, but is not linked with the referral link..... can anyone help?

I'd like to help, but I just tested it myself and it worked for me, so at least no gamewide issues, so to speak.
You took the referral all the way through the tutorial, using your referral code and a device that has never previously installed Raid?
Yes, have tried the code with two devices that never had raid installed, and with a new email made (after the first link failed) specifically for the purpose. My first and second codes worked without issue, the third will not work at all. very frustrating.
