So, because lately there has been a bunch of downtime & I haven't been able to play when I've had the time to the past few days, I decided to take actions into my own hands & troubleshoot a tad. After the update & login servers being down today, I had uninstalled & reinstalled the game. I previously did not make a Plarium account, however I had connected my Facebook to my Raids account. I log in with my Facebook once I reinstall the game & everything is gone, I started fresh. All my hours of progress are gone. My in-game name is the same as my forums name. Please help me recover my old account, I can provide any & all information needed. Thanks.
