Hi, didn't get weekly reward for Arena Gold 3 second week in a row. Also have lost 2 CB keys due to disconnection Problems. Could you guys please fix these annoying problems. That would be great. Thanks.

I have lost out on weekly rewards 3 times now. And today's login reward as well which is supposed to be an ancient shard. I promise if support doesn't fix this (if there even is a support) I'm done with the game. Ancient and Sacred shards are just too important to lose.
