So does anybody know how too??? Bc I have a game that I need to overwrite so I don't lose this new game that I have started I can't save it to my Gmail bc I have one saved I need to overwrite it could someone please help

Connected my account to plarium now it has reset. No one answers tickets. Spent lots on this game and have a raid pass. You would think they might try and help me, but no.

Yeah I connected my account to a plarium id and lost everything was previously connected to Facebook and now you can’t actually login with Facebook
Had a few max level characters and a couple nearly maximum characters spent maybe 300 on the game buying the battle pass of the raid cards etc.
Several emails and have had no solution I play on iOS BTW
Thats how I managed to "reset" my account and start fresh with Plarium on PC, keeping my initial email:
* Go to account settings and enter a new dummy email which will change your original email with the dummy one.
* Get the security code on your original email and confirm you new dummy email.
* At this point your current account should be transferred to the dummy email which will free up your original one.
* Create new profile with your initial/original account and start fresh.
I want to reset my account because I haven't been playing for a whilewhat you mean under reset?
