LAZY technical support does not want to work
I have been playing raid sl for over 2 years. The account was registered through facebook, always played through a smartphone and did not connect plarium id.
A year ago I stopped playing raid due to lack of opportunity, now the opportunity has appeared. I went into the game as usual via facebook and decided to bind plarium id to play from PC, and someone's plarium id was already indicated there.
Nobody answered me, although when applying it was indicated that they should respond within 48 hours.
So please answer some questions:
1. How can I unlink someone else's plarium id and link my own?
2. How long to wait for a response from technical support?
