As for platform related opening issues, you'll have to contact support. I don't believe this is a widespread issue so support should be the best option. 

As for plarium points, those can only be gained with purchases on Plarium Play.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue or what it is caused by? Have used in game support button also with no answers..or replies back. Most issues steam referees back to here or support in game. 

Hi new here, I also can't buy anything in the store for raid. But i did get a saying we have stop your account and what you buy will be monitered so it seems i can only buy something that 5 or 10 dollors. andd i go to hit the credit card all their is a authorcation button and nothing happens please help

Please contact support. Whatever message you're receiving there doesn't sound like a common issue - and not sure if this is going to be a payment provider issue on your side or what it might be. Give support a shout and see if they can clarify.

same issue here, a friend said i had to have money in steam vallet and have that but there are no pop up in browser even though other things like parium id makes a pop up in browser. so sadly no buying :(
