Hi there ! 

i purchased the Black Friday 14,99 Euro pack today (inlcuding, sacred, epic books, lego books and so on) on PC client.

I didn't received the pack and it was still available in my offer tab, so i tried it again on PC client. Nothing happened. So i opened on mobile and it purchased AGAIN, it was instantly in my inbox but the problem now is... i have all 3 payments in my paypal wallet. I already sent them a message via support with purchase pics etc. So sth. really strange happened. I received 2x 569gems in my inbox ... i mean ... really ? are they serious ? is this how they interact with problems like that ? Just want my 2x 14,99 Euro back i don't care about the gems / :
