This is the second time this has happend to me . Money has paid been taken from my CC account but yet again no items received. It's ridiculous at this point . The first time it happend I bought 3 packs all monies were taken right away my in game box got only 2 of the packs never got refunded the other pack I never got and never got it put into the game either. They tell me to check Google Pay but I don't use a mobile to play I use Plarium Play on my Computer so screenshots of payments are taken from my Bank Account screen. If I don't get a refund or the item I paid for I will be contacting my Bank and they WILL handle this problem for sure.
