Hey there. I have bought a package via PayPal, for 2.99 USD. 

After like 5 minutes had passed and nothing had happened (it was a package deal that was limited to once per Account) I tried to buy it again. I was charged twice, but only ever received the package once (by now a few hours have passed, not expecting that to change).

Now, when I want to buy anything else via PayPal, it acts as though there was no bank account linked to my PayPal and asks me to do so, then spits out an error message once I try to re-link.

Note: I can still pay via PayPal just fine anywhere else.

Not super sure which info you need. Hesitant to upload PayPal Screenshots, since anybody could see those, but I did make some.

Update: Now my PayPal Account has been charged with the latest (10 Dollar) package, but I have not received any goods.
