Hi, I tried to purchase a raid card a pop up saying my purchase couldn’t be validated by the server and to screenshot the pop up saying that.

Same issue, contacted support and they sent a copy paste that doesn’t help at all. Since been MIA and haven’t replied to my 3 messages.

a day later after being charged for raid pass and still have no product only response by a bot, so obviously they aware of this problem but won't fix it and allowed paying customers not to get the benefit of product they paid for, totally unacceptable.

despite submitting support ticket 2 days ago. another day gone by still no response or fix, money with Plarium but no silver raid card and haven't played for 2 days and lost progress and tournaments because I want the benefits I paid for, what a joke what a scam
