I started this game 9 days ago, Ive spent $200.16. I have had a trouble ticket open day 1 [1774717] , since then i have made another trouble ticket[1759851]. I do enjoy this game but the lack of customer support and the amount of people i see with this issue and it not being addressed, I do not want to support this app. I am requesting a refund on the terms of false advertisement.

Hello, I have recently been letting my younger brother the age of 8 use my phone in his free time and he has figured out how to buy items through this game. I do not play this and neither does he, it was a mistake but he nearly spent a grand on this if not more without my knowledge and I cannot ge through to a bank because of the pandemic going about. I’d like to know if something can be done about this, if I can get at least some to most of my money refunded back to my account. Thank you
