An unauthorized purchase was automatic made using my credit card this date (02/05/2020)

I saved my credit card for future buys in game but of my will, an automatic purchase was made, it was not me, I did not claimed the items from the chest (inventory) please remove it and cancel it, it wasn't my fault I didn't bought anything.

I tried to open a ticket at support's page but they only replied with a automatic useless message, i'm about to call my bank and explain what happened (i got stole) and cancel it.
