I just bought a daily pack with 4 levl 4 chickens, 30 brew, silver and some crystals.. for 159 NOK. .. its a pack i have bought many times before with no problem.. but this time i found nothing in the mailbox, i only got the bews.. i have had issues in the past when i dont get all the things i buy.. especially chickens & skill tomes.. but have never reported it, but im starting to get fed up, i have spent much real cash ingame. and feel like im just trowing money out the window... hope you guys can help me as fast as possible... if this issue is not corrected i will stop spending money on the game.. or even stop playing, its kinda frustrating.. but thanks for a great mobile game.. i really enjoy it, just hope the issues get fixed soon.. hope for a fast respons. thanks in advance,

the same with me. i bought the same pack and did not the the rewards. sucks... and have not gotten any help, and its not the first time i have had problems with purchases.
