Seems I purchased a Tier 20 package for 19.99. And a small pack for 9.99. On Jan 11th. The order # MTN2XZ43J3. The card declined payment. I added my bank debit card to my Apple wallet on the 17th and put 50$ on it. Was going to purchase the packs again so double chef my bank account on my phone app. My account had 21$ in it. My bank app history had showed a sudden transaction or delayed transaction for the above mentioned packages and amount! But I have not gotten what I was charged for! Not to my memory on the 11th as it was a declined/unable to verify card purchase! Nor when the transactions went through on the 17th! I went on to order a further small pack and a pack with silver, energy, and crystals both for 9.99$. They went through and showed fine! Please let me know how this can be fixed or what happened to my purchased items!
