I play Raid:shadow legends, i bought allot of energy packs.

The problem was i lost energy because of the mass amount of crashes...

1 day when they released it on pc, i got 30 crashes in 1 day after purchasing an energy pack.

So after trying to reach out to plarium for several months, they finnaly replied with an automatic message.

They told me i can just refund the purchase i made, with a threatining if i refund to much you will get banned.

Even if you're right or not.

Well i refunded 1 purchase...

I got banned during a big event i spend allot of money for.

I lost my account , i lost the event.. and bassicly i got pretty pissed.

I reached out to google, they told me they can't do this and to report the company.

I also wen't on the phone with google, they asked me if i want to refund everything.

Since plarium refuced to contact me, and i lost a portion from everything i bought.

So i said yes...

Now i'm banned till 2025.

I find that plarium can't abuse their player base like this.

Lying, manipulating, threatining and ignoring your player base...

Doesn't matter if your refund is fair or not, you will get banned.

Plarium doesn't care and they won't reverse the ban.

If this happens to you or not, please report plarium for doing this.

It's not right.
