Did not receive items
I paid $4.99 for pack and $9.99 for gems and received the “you are set” message after the purchases, but did not receive ANY of my items. How may I get this corrected? Thanks

bought conquer pack today did not receive my product again this is becoming a common occurrence with this game please give me my product an fix this game so that it doesn't continue to adhere to players performance.

I have purchased the bonus offer pack for $29.99 and have yet to receive the items it still says 0/1 purchased although I can see the charge on my bank account.

Hello! I purchased the rank 5 chicken pack today for $69.99 USD. I can see the Paypal charge and removal of funds from my bank account however the items did not show up in my account nor did they register as being purchased (i.e. still says 0/3 purchased).
Please let me know if there is additional information that you would require from me to resolve this issue.
