Plarium has very poor customer service.
Two days ago, I sent an email explaining my issue. I received a response, but it was filled with nonsense replies. For each follow-up, I have to wait anywhere from 6 hours to a full day, yet I still haven’t gotten any resolution. The problem stemmed from an in-game error where my purchase wasn't confirmed, but my card was charged twice. After the first purchase, that offer shouldn't have appeared again in my account. However, when I logged in again, it reappeared, and I made a second purchase. I ended up paying $60, and as compensation, they gave me 1,200 gems. Do you really think 1,200 gems are worth $30? This company doesn’t even bother to make up for their mistakes, even though they make millions of dollars in revenue — it's ridiculous!
