es um meinen einkauf bei euch vom 08.01 da habe ich mir ein privleg paket gekauft
der grund warum ich dieses paket gekauft habe war der das es beim
kauf 225 plarium punkte enthalten sind ( große werbung von euch )
desweiteren gibt es beim
einlösen weitere 150 plarium punkte dazu,
aber über die einzelheiten von diesem einkaufes seid ihr doch informiert
alle daten sind in eurer datenbank.
warum ich mich gemeldet habe mir fehlen 225 plarium punkte,
die wurden mir nicht gut geschrieben. bitte holt das doch nach.
ich müsste einen plarium punktestandt von ca 24790 haben denn das war der grund warum ich dieses paket gekauft habe.
aber das alles müsstet ihr doch bei euch in der datenbank haben, ihr habt alle infos in eurem system!!!
leider bekomme ich von eurem support nur ausreden, immer wieder neue anfragen weil irgendwas unklar sei, oder sonstige unintelligente antworten.
ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das ihr eure spieler übervorteilen möchtet.
