Hi Plarium,

Yesterday I have purchased Gem Pack using phone credit as payment method. The transaction result was error but I was still charged, my phone credit balance has been deducted.

After that when I open shop in game, the currency was changed to USD instead of IDR (my currency is IDR).

I have tried reinstall the game, the currency is back to IDR but I still didn;t get my purchased item (Gem Pack).

Please help.
