Transaction History? E-mail confirmations?

It seems any purchase I've made through the desktop application there is no electronic history of it.  I get a charge to my account, but sometimes a purchase wont get posted for up to 7 days after I've made the purchase.  With such a delay I've felt the need to verify some postings to ensure I authorized them but have ran into the problem of no e-mail confirmation, no transaction history section.


If there is a transaction history section, or a way to enable e-mail confirmation from purchases through the desktop application then someone please tell me where.


I know if I'm on my phone I get the Google Play store e-mail confirmations, or if I go through paypal then paypal sends you a confirmation.  The desktop application appears to have nothing.

Have you checked the famous spam folder in your email? Emails should be sent as soon as the process is complete. This usually happens when you have received your items. 

If you have multiple emails, make sure you are checking the right email linked to your account. You can double check that here:

I need help, ur game is stoling my money, thats was a few transactions without me!!! Abot 50 $ was stolen. Wtf???????

I wouldn,t to screenshot, i will write information. Cart 4*7563, 08:08:02 15.10.2019 30,25$; 23:41:29 14.10.2019 1$. Third transaction don remember. Hope on ur help. I got angry. I,m donating regulary, but, when my money was stolen... ID - UM2217045 l 21803451

I will have the data checked. I think I'll get a response today, but I'd appreciate it if you could take a screenshot of the emails you've got from the transactions made.

I wouldn.t to make any screenshots of my card operations, case of compromised my personal card information by ur game services. Last operation was without information of my card at google pay EVEN. I deleted it, but ur service stole my money again. I write inaf information. Exort operation in ur adress was blocked by my banker. I'm waiting while, then i will ask my lawyers to deal with it

Hi there! 

According to a support agent, the way Plarium Play works regarding payments is it puts a transaction on hold for 72 hours. Once that time has passed the funds are charged. 

Unless you didn't purchase any offer at all, it may have been the delay that made it seem like you're being charged without your consent.

I'm asking ur support yet and waiting for the answer. 3 operations was doubled, 30,25$ i payed once, after at time i wrote previosly - was doubled. Everything i explane. Read it again. This is money is not important for me, my personal card information was used without me. This is my pretention. If u think that ur goods cast mast be doubled- fix it. But this is fraud. I'm not looking for this little money, i,m waiting for explanes and apology

I am not getting any receipts to my email, and my email is setup in the game from day one, would like to see my purchase history before i start claiming you guys stole money from me.
