Hello,

First off, I already opened a ticket for this ([951031), i also attached the screen caps of my purchase and credit card charge.

So the issue is, I bought a pack worth 6.99CAD, and got charged 15.81CAD.  What gives?  And reading on this forum, it seems to be an almost common issue.  

I hope to get a response soon.
