For the last summon event i was 180 points from the ledgentary tome, and the 5 blue shards offer was on and available to purchase 3 times. I purchased once and then got an error message when trying to buy it a second time. I contacted support and got a reply 3 days later after the event which apologised and gave me the second purchase (which was useless as the event was over)

I requested a refund and the ingame support informed me there was no error so they couldnt (even thoigh the screen shot from the ingame purchase was titled error)

I would like either both blue shard packages refunded, or the ledgendary tome that i bought them for. I was charged for both packaged and the purchase date was pre event finishing
