Banned for 7 days for cancelling the monthly subscription
I just got banned for cancelling my monthly subscription.
The ban is for 7 days.
My question is why?!
I am pretty regularly making some smaller or bigger in game purchases, and that is fine.
Last one I did yesterday for the void shards, and that is no problem.
The moment I do not feel like I want to continue the monthly subscription I get punished and get a 7 day ban?!
What am I punished for?!
For playing and buying game related stuff?!
The outcome is that:
1. I have no access to the things I bought in game.
2. I miss out on the daily progressions.
3. I miss out on events.
4. The ban itself.
Do you thik it is motivating to continue playing or do any future purchases?!
The support have not got back to me as of now...
Is that a good consumer relationship?
Is this the way you are treating people that are engaged and that are giving you money?!
It is a huge disappointment and I feel mistreated!
