Title: Red dot on my portrait (I assume it's to make a Plarium ID).

Device: PC

OS: Win10

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: Load the game 

Step 2: Look at the top left corner (your portrait) on PC

Step 3: Check it there's a red dot on your portait

Step 4: Click on your portrait and see if you have Plarium ID options or not

Description:

There is a red dot on my portrait that just doesn't go away. When I click on my portrait I see something about a Plarium ID but that entire section on the right is just empty with no options to click on. So I don't know how to either get rid of that red dot or to get that Plarium ID info.
