So  i  see  to  get  a  lvl  3  to  lvl  4  it  cost  400  silver  medals.    So  i  have  89  silver  medals  and  when  i  click  on  a  lvl  2  its  says  i  have  89/150  but  when  i  click  on  any  of  my  lvl  3's  it  just  says  400 .    Why  doesnt  it  say  89/400?    

So  confused
