I tried to help you in your last post, but you never responded. Perhaps actually talking to the people who are trying to help would yield some results. 

I just tried to replicate your issue, I have it set to sell items rank 1-5 so I only got one item, a 6 star as it was set to sell the 5 stars. So it's working for me, you'll need to provide some form of proof like a recording.

I was not able to find out how to read your notification. Sorry I am retired and it is not easy to find out what button to click. And thanks for your info. I did not have it set to sell anything btw, even though this is old news. I do appreciate your response and attempt to help. Hopefully, I can now access this board without banging the keys and goning no where. Thanks!!!
