I've tried patience.  I've had conversations with mods.  EVERYONE seems aware that the spam-bot doesn't function properly.  EVERYONE recognizes the burden this dysfunctional mechanic places on tech support, admins, and the community.  For the seventh time, I've been chat-banned for something I didn't do.  Yes, I put a ticket in.  Yes, I posted on Discord.  Now I get the honor of "excercising patience" fo 2-12 days.

When do I get to be angry without chastisement?  When is it proper for me to blow my lid because someone in the hierarchy is ok with how things are functioning now?

And yes, I know the timing of my frustration is lousy, and I honestly don't expect anything to be done while Ukraine is threatened.  

I'm going to again exercise patience, and not type the rant that begs to be released, because I know it will simply be deleted.  But folks, y'all can do better.
