Today I've enhenced a attack weapon to level 16 and for my surprise, I had my first quadruple speed roll. It even appeared in the channel chat (image below):

After this, a kind of connection problem has appeared in the screen and I reloaded the game. When I tried to find the weapon, it was level 15! And when I rolled it again, the final roll went to Accuracy!! It is possible to see in the last image that I fully upgraded two weapons 5 stars.

I have this other image proofing that I don't have any five stars weapon with 22 speed:

I don't know how you are going to fix it, but I'm feeling harmmed, since it could be a incredible weapon.
