I pulled 5 Sacred shards at 8:14am cst on the opening day of the pull one get one sacred shards event.

On my last shard i pulled the legendary Kimi, but the screen immediately went to her profile page with just her background but no image of her.

There were no button icons to press, so I press esc on my keyboard and i was taken to the villiage screen and I checked my index and kimi was the only legendary that was given.

I logged out and then back in and Kimi was still there but no other was added. I reported this through Discord and in game support but i have not heard back from anyone. 

I would like to receive the legendary that was supposed to be given to me for pulling my first legendary.

of note as well is that the promotion icon on the top of the summoning portal was  no longer active after i pulled kimi.
