ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION OF MYSTIC HAND IT STATES THAT HE STEALS 2 BUFFS WHEN HE ATTACKS DURING HIS TURN.  It does not say there is a percentage of a chance to steal the buffs, but rather that he WILL steal 2 buffs. However when i put mystic hand in the magic blue dungeon he does not steal any buffs, when it is his turn. mystic hand will attack and not show any stolen buffs on his character and also it will leave the buffs at the sane level on the blue demon boss.  the boss description states that the shield buff  (and other buffs) for the blue boss can be stolen. But as i said , mystic hand does not steal any buffs when he attacks and the blue boss does not lose any buffs.
