I  did  indeed.  I  have  since  sent  a  screen  video  to  them  and  they  have  said  they  will  investigate.  looks  like  now  though,  the  problem  isnt  just  with  CB.  i  completed  an  elite  clan  quest  and  when  i  claimed  my  150  gold  it  vanished.  No  idea  what  is  going  on  but  this  needs  ti  be  fixed  or  players  are  going  to  be  quitting

Hey, I am speaking with Kenneth too. This is my 3rd day in a row. As bad as the issue is, I am glad that others are also experiencing it, means that its not just one persons account that is bugged. I have also noticed that when I claim my clan activity chest, whatever resource I get, it doesnt get counted. Yesterday I got 75 energy that didn't go into the energy tab and today I got 15,000 silver that didnt go into my silver tab. I also claimed my Elite Clan Quest reward which was 150 gold and this also didnt get counted. I dread to think whats going to happen to the CvC progression rewards. Arena resets tomorrow and I also dread to think about where them rewards are going to go also. Will keep posting if anything comes of this but right now, I'm not too keen to play the game. A big part of the experience is claiming these rewards. We work our butt off for them!

I have just created a youtube channel to show the footage I have for the CB issue. Unfortunately, I have had to upload 2 videos. 1 to show the damage output, showing that I should indeed be getting rewarded with the best chests and 2, to show that the rewards just vanash, as if I didnt put any damage into the CB at all. Hopefully this shows a clear picture into what is going on

4 days with no CB and yes indeed same issue here with no clan activity reward even if showing claimed, no clan elite quest progression ( got 5 epics on mission and shows zero).

I am concerned about being no update here or email, since I was passed to second-line support :). 

If there are so busy not responding I imagine a queue with 100 bugs that need to be resolved or not being able to figure out what's happening.

I am playing this game longtime already, spent a lot of ressources in it ...

I hope for a solution  or an update!

Yep,  so  4  days  here    thats  now  15  chest  rewards  im  missing!

uploaded  a  new  video  to  my  youtube  as  im  going  to  keep  daily  documents  of  the  damage  i  output and  the  chests  i  should  be  receiving.

i  suggest  that  everyone  does  the  same!  However,  its  going  to  be  very  unlikely  that  we  get  a  back  date  on  our  rewards  But  hopefully  if  enough  people  speak  up,  they  sort  this  issue  out

it seems after the maintanance I was able to claim one UNM chest but not NM, is stil something. Hopefully issue is fixed. Don't know about clan missions because i am afraid to take one :) and no answer was provided regarding this issue..
