Title: Arena Foli Block revive caused arbiter self-revive

Just played a game against Akivabtw and foli's A3 killed the arbiter which was ally protected by the Nekhret. She then revived automatically. There are no other revivers on the team? What just happened?

Is this a bug with the block revive and rotos / arbiter / nekret / krisk interactions?

Super weird - I've seen this happen once or twice before with a Rotos - but never with an Arbiter.

I am not sure if she had near full turn meter before my Foli attacked which crit'd.

Can you investigate pls?

Foli is built with Helmsmasher, so no other mastery is applicable.
