My Hakkhorn has roughly 100k hp-s. Simple matematics shows, that he should heal 35k (15% + 20%  = 35% of hp-s) as he's fully booked. In reality he's healing below 20k (and that's with +5% heal mastery activated).  Will this bug ever be fixed? It has been this way for a LONG time and nobody listens.
