I mean, you got your response.
The chances for pulling epic and legendary champions is same for ancient and void shards. The difference is obvious, you cant pull void champions from ancient shards and vice versa.

Ah I thought you re OP. Sorry for confusion. Support will respond to you in shortest time possible. If you reply to your own ticket, you ll just push it to the bottom of the queue, so i would suggest against doing that.
