I made a video to show you below, but afterward I figured out what was going on.

Start - PK and Deacon stats

:30 - PK going first with A1

1:36 - PK appearing to skip her turn

After I made the vid, I did a few more fights. On one of them that PK appeared to skip her first turn, I took it off auto to check her cooldowns. A3 was on CD. When she appears to skip her first turn, it is really just using her A3 and there is no animation (maybe b/c there are no skills to CD).

Her behavior as observed on first turn when going first:

Fight against 1 champ she "thinks" she can 1 shot, she uses A1 with animation.

Fight against multi champs she "thinks" she can 1 shot, she uses A2 with animation.

Fight against any champs she "does not think" she can 1 shot, she uses A3 and there is no animation.

Not the bug I thought it was, but I do not think she should ever start a fight with A3. If not using A2, then should default to A1. Not a huge deal either way.
