Halfway through lvl 100 Normal, Melga stopped doing any Shielding or reviving. She wasn't taunted, but there were taunts and another debuff on the team. 

I suspect she tried to cleanse the debuffs through using A1, which is a very strange priority. Clearly Shield and Revive should have higher priority, especially on Crab boss.
